There are several options of for reporting on your TeamRaiser events based on your needs. Please note if you include more than one event in the report, you will want to add either the Internal Event Name or Public Event Name Column (under Select Columns) and then sort by this column (under Select Sort Order) to pre-order the report by event.
  • Total gifts for an event - For the aggregate total of gifts, use a Performance by Event report. For this report, you'll want to filter as follows:
    • Select Event > Security Category > is any of the following > click "more" > Select all that apply (Usually General unless you have specific Security Categories for your TeamRaiser events)
    • Select Event > Event > is any of the following > click "more" > Select all that apply
  • Itemized gifts by event - For a list of all gifts by event, use a Gift Details report. For this report, set the following filter:
    • Select Event > Event > is any of the following > click "more" > Select all that apply
  • Total gifts per participant - For aggregate totals of gifts raised by a participant per event, use a Gift Summary by Participant report. For this report, use the following filters:
    • Select Event > Event > is any of the following > click "more" > Select all that apply
    • Select Registration > Registration Active Status > is any of the following > mark all that apply (usually only Active)
  • Registrations fees raised - For registration fees only, you will want to use a TeamRaiser Registrations report. For this report, use the following filters:
    • Select Event Settings > Event > is > click "select" > Select event you want to output in the report
    • Select Registration > Registration Active Status > is any of the following > mark all that apply (usually only Active)
