1. Go to Lists > More Lists
  2. Click Add
  3. Select Create Advanced List
  4. Under Select Objects, select the following objects:
    1. Constituent Information > User Base
    2. Constituent Information > User Role
    3. Constituent Information > Parent/Child Relationship (un-mark Inner)
    4. Constituent Information > User Base (Select Parent/Child Relationship as the parent object)
  5. Select the Display Fields tab
  6. Click Select Fields
  7. Mark which fields to display
  8. Click Select
  9. Select the Filters tab
  10. Add the following Global filters:
    1. User Role.Role any of Parent, Student
    2. AND ( User Base.Grad Year any of 2017
    3. OR User Base [1].Grad Year any of 2017 )
  11. Name the List and select a Category (if needed)
  12. Click Save
  13. Click Preview
