How to mark a Prospect as inactive.

When changing the end date of a Prospect this will not mark this Prospect as inactive under the Constituencies section under the Contact tab of the Constituent record.
In order to mark the Prospect as inactive, the status of the Prospect needs to be edited by following the steps below:
  1. Navigate to the constituent record.
  2. Go to the Prospects tab.
  3. Under Prospect Summary click the “Edit prospect status”
  4. Click the down arrow, and select the Inactive option.
