Adding new Constituent Update Batch template never loads

When trying to add a Constituent Update Batch template, it stays on the loading screen and never loads.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack. 
 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Administration\Batch Entry
  2. On the left side of the page click Batch templates under the Configuration area.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Select Constituent Update Batch template and click OK.
  5. Notice the loading bar keeps moving and the page never loads.
