If you are unsure which printer is selected as your default, please follow the steps below to verify:
- Within the application, select File>Print Setup
- Your current default printer will appear under Printer Name
If Citrix Universal Printer is not selected as your default printer in the hosted application and you are continuing to receive the EMF Viewer when printing, this is due to the installation of Citrix. Please update Citrix Receiver on your workstation to correct this issue. If issue persists after updating Citrix, please Click Chat with Support and reference this article.
