Unable to access recipient list for a past email

Users may find that the recipient list for an email sent through Online Express is blank, or will not load. 
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. In the meantime, click 'Add this data to RE' to create an appeal on the constituent records, which you can use to query on the email recipients.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into the Raiser's Edge
  2. Click Online Express
  3. Click Email Marketing
  4. Click on one of the recently sent emails, or view all messages, and select an email.
  5. Click on the number of recipients
  6. Recipient list never opens
