Incorrect email address pulled from RE

When sending an email, you may encounter some constituents where the email is sent to the incorrect email address. The email address the message is sent to may not be the correct phone type.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Go to Administration < Sites & settings to check the phone type mapped
  2. Go to Email < Messages
  3. Click the Graph icon
  4. Click the number in Recipients
  5. Notice that some email addresses are not the phone type selected
