The database automatically creates the following queries when we import the Defined Fields set:
  • All Grants: this query finds any Contact Journal entry that is marked as a Grant
  • Grant Reports Due in a Particular Month: this query finds any Contact Journal entries that are marked with a Report Due Date in the date range you specify
  • Grants with a Next Action Scheduled for a Particular Month: like the Grant Report Due query that is listed above, this query finds any Contact Journal entries that are marked with an Action Due Date in the date range you specify
  • High Priority Grants Pending or Submitted: this query finds all Contact Journal entries that are marked with Submitted and High Priority (please note, you can change the criteria to find pending grants instead by unmarking the Submitted check box and marking Pending)
