After the RE Mobile app rebuild in fall 2016, this error can be received if the device still has the previous version of RE Mobile app installed. To resolve this error:
  1. Make note of the existing system key in the app by writing it down or taking a screenshot on the device.
  2. Uninstall the app on the device.
  3. Download the and reinstall the app.
  4. Log back into the app using the system key noted in step 1 and the user's customary Raiser's Edge login.

Note: The rebuilt RE Mobile app has a patterned blue loading screen, rather than the classic Raiser's Edge orange screen of the previous RE Mobile app.
