1. Navigate to Analysis > Manage Lists.
  2. Click the Manage basic and advanced lists block under List Actions. 
  3. Click the add button and click Create Advanced List
  4. Under Select Objects, expand Constituent Information and select the following objects:
    • User Base
    • User Role
    • User Detail
    • User Address
    • Parent/Child Relationship
    • Parent/Child Relationship
    • Peer/Peer Relationship
  5. Expand Admission and select the following objects:
    • Candidate
    • Candidate Detail
    • Candidate Program
    • Inquiry Source
    • Candidate Event
    • Candidate Application
    • Candidate Visit
    • Financial Aid
    • Sending School
  6. Expand Inquiry Forms and select the following objects:
    • Candidate Request
    • Request
  7. Expand Constituent Information and select the following objects:
    • User Base and attach it to Parent/Child Relationship.User Id2
    • User Base and attach it to Parent/Child Relationship [1].User Id2
    • User Base and attach it to Peer/Peer Relationship
    • User Address and attach it to User Base [1].User ID
    • User Detail and attach it to User base [3]
    • User Occupation and attach it to User Base [1].User ID
    • User Occupation and attach it to User Base [2].User ID
  8. Select the Display Fields Tab
  9. Enable Grouping Options
  10. Click Select Fields
  11. Expand User Base and mark the checkbox to select the following fields:
    • User ID
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email
    • Host ID
  12. Expand User Detail and mark the checkbox to select the following fields:
    • Gender
    • Dob
  13. Expand User Address and mark the checkbox to select the following fields:
    • Address Line 1
    • City
    • State Short
    • Zip
  14. Expand Parent/Child Relationship > User Base[1] and mark the checkbox to select the following fields:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email
  15. Expand User Address [1] and mark the checkbox to select Formal Salutation
  16. Expand User Occupation and mark the checkbox to select Occupation
  17. Expand Parent/Child Relationship [1] > User Base [2] and mark the checkbox to select the following fields:​
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email
  18. Expand User Occupation [1] and mark the checkbox to select Occupation
  19. Expand Peer.Peer Relationship > User Base [3] and mark the checkbox to select the following fields:​
    • First Name
    • Last Name
  20. Expand User Detail [1] and mark the checkbox to select the following fields:​
    • Gender
    • DoB
  21. Expand Candidate and mark the checkbox to select the following fields:​
    • Entering Grade
    • Entering Year
  22. Expand Candidate Detail and mark the checkbox for financial_aid
  23. Expand Candidate Application and mark the checkbox to select the following fields:​
    • Date Submitted
    • Date Processed
  24. Expand Candidate Visit and mark the checkbox to select the following fields:
    • Visit Type
    • Visit DateTime
    • Comment
  25. Expand Financial Aid and mark the checkbox to select Date Requested
  26. Expand Sending School and mark the checkbox to select the following fields:
    • School Name Other
    • Sending School Name
  27. Expand Candidate Request > Request and mark the checkbox to select the following fields:
    • Request Date
    • How Hear
    • Present School
    • Financialaid
    • Current Grade
    • Resides With
  28. Rename and renumber the columns as desired/needed
  29. Select the Filters Tab
  30. Under Global Filters, click the + to add a line and select the following fields:
    • User Role.Role any of Candidate, Incoming Student
    • Candidate.Entering Year any of 2016-2017 (or desired year)
  31. Under Object Filters, click the + to add a line and select the following fields:
    • Parent/Child Relationship.Rel Ordinal equal to 1
    • Parent/Child Relationship[1].Rel Ordinal equal to 2
    • Peer/Peer Relationship.Rel Ordinal equal to 1
    • User Address.Address Type any of Home
    • User Address[1].Address Type any of Home
  32. Name the list and select a category if desired
  33. Click Save
  34. Preview List
Note: Display fields may differ depending on your school's need.
Tip: Depending on the number of users in your school, you may need to add additional Global Filters to split this list into smaller lists run by letter. For Example: From the Filters tab, under Global Filters, click the + to add a line and select the field: User Base.Last Name starts with A.
