Trial Balance shows incorrect beginning and ending balances when filtered on one account

When running the Trial Balance report for one account, beginning and ending balances show the wrong amount.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

1. In General Ledger, go to Reports > Account Reports > Trial Balance
2. Run a new Trial Balance report filtered on date range > click Preview
3. All beginning and ending balances are correct 
4. Run same report filtered on one account: beginning and ending balances reflect incorrect amounts
