Aged Accounts Receivable reconciliation report shows client with a balance, even though the client has no balance

You may encounter this when running the Aged Accounts Receivable report located under Reports > Reconciliation reports. A client will show with a balance even though they have none.

This client, however, does not show up on the Aged Accounts Receivable report under Reports > Analysis reports

We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to Accounts Receivable
2. Go to Reports
3. Go to Reconciliation Reports
4. Go to Aged accounts receivable report
5. Run it as of  the date we need, notice the client has a balance
6. Go to records 
7. Select clients
8. Search for and open the client
9.  Go to the activity tab, notice they have a 0 dollar balance
10. Go back to reports
11. Select Analysis reports
12. Select the aged accounts receivable report
13. Run it as of the same date, notice the client is not pulling in
