After donating using a BBIS donation form an acknowledgment email is generated and sent to the constituent. These emails are successfully sending but are still showing as uploading, queued, or failed from the front end of BBIS.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Navigate to a BBIS donation page. 2. Populate the correct information for a donation including a valid email address. 3. Complete the donation and note the received acknowledgment email. 4. Log in to BBIS and navigate to Email, Acknowledgements and click on the report that matches your received acknowledgment email. 5. From the acknowledgment report click on Acknowledgments sent. 6. Observe the previously received acknowledgment does not show a sent status.
