A donor's transaction that appears on their constituent profile, does not show up in the datasync file. How can we make sure this donor and others are being added to the datasync?
Records that appear in Resolve New Registrations will not be placed into a datasync, this is because the system finds possible duplicates of the record in question and the new record will not sync until that this new registration is resolved.
To Resolve new registrations:
Data Management > Duplicate Management
Select the Resolve New Registrations tab
Search for the constituent
Click Resolve Duplicates, Merge, or Not a Match as needed
