When attempting to run an LO Sync Process the follow error message appeared: step 21 failed: an error occurred before executing the process 'luminate online sync business process'(custom) : Login failed for user xxx.
The user mentioned in the error needs to be granted access to the Blackbaud Data Warehouse. Please create a case via Case Central or Contact Blackbaud Product Support.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Go to the Administration functional area. 2. Select the Queue Process: LO Sync. 3. Note error message.
