The upgrade itself should not have changed any of the SQL user login information. However, this issue may occur if the SQL server itself was upgraded or the database was moved to a new server. Try the following steps below until the issue has been resolved. 
  1. Reset the RODBA login credentials.
  2. If you're getting a "user already exists" message during the unlock process, you will need to enter new login credentials for the SQL server prompt. For example, instead of REOPEN7, you can use REOPEN7_NEW or similar with a strong password.
