Families do not have the option to select their own deposit amount for Contracts. The amount you set in your Deposit is what the family will be required to pay when submitting the Contract.
If the family wants to pay more/less than the set Deposit amount, they will need to contact the school, and the school will need to manually change the deposit amount on the user's Contract to allow the family to pay that amount through the Contract.
