Unable to complete Step 3 of Name Conversion Tool

On Step 3 of the Name Conversion Tool, and you are in the 'Assign Name Formats to Accounts' Page. When you select 'Use Manual Update' Button, the page sits and loads- but no actions are made. 
Please contact support and provide the Article ID for reference to your issue.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into eTapestry
  2. On the eTapestry Home Page click into 'Assign Name Formats to Accounts' on Step 3 of the name conversion tool
  3. You are now in the 'Assign Name Formats' page,
  4. Select 'Use Manual Update' 
  5. Note - the page spins and content does not load
