Once the ecard is delivered, the content cannot be edited or changed or even restored. However, a new ecard could be created and the old ecard directed to the new one. 

Items needed to complete this:
  • A link to the ecard which is not working as expected
  1. If the ecard requires a donation, setup a demo merchant account to submit the ecard transaction. Enter your email address as the recipient to receive the ecard.
  2. After you receive the ecard, click the link to view the ecard
  3. Copy this working ecard link
  4. Set up a page URL redirect in Blackbaud NetCommunity - Note: the original URL will be the non-working Ecard URL. The URL to be redirected to should be an external link to the Working ecard.
