Overdue steps do not show in Major Giving Management

Users may find that overdue prospect plan steps do not show in Major Giving Management when a user is moved in the Organizational Hierarchy if the overdue step exists prior to the position start date when filtered by "My team -" filters.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Navigate to Administration > Organizational Hierarchy and setup at least 2 managers (ex ManagerA & ManagerB). Assign yourself to ManagerA and another user to ManagerB.
2. Create a new position under Manager A and assign a fundraiser. Use a start date that is at least a few days back.
3. Open the Fundraiser's constituent record and on the Fundraiser Tab > Prospects and Plans create a new plan or assign to an existing plan.
4. Open the plan used and add a new step, set the step's expected date to a date that has passed (must be prior to the fundraiser's start date). Confirm it is assigned to your fundraiser.
5. Navigate to Prospects > Major Giving Management - Fundraisers and Steps > Overdue Steps (Tab) and set the date filters to "Show for : My team - Direct Reports Only" and to include the date used in step 4.
6. Note that the Overdue steps show properly.
7. Navigate to Administration > Organizational Hierarchy and move your fundraiser from ManagerA to ManagerB.
8. Run CRM as ManagerB's user.
9. Navigate to Prospects > Major Giving Management - Fundraisers and Steps > Overdue Steps (Tab) and set the filters to  "Show for : My team - Direct Reports Only" and include the date used in step 4 and note that the overdue steps assigned to the fundraiser do not appear.
