Users may notice that bounced emails are not always showing up under Administration > Undelivered Emails. Also, if you have signed up to receive failure notifications, those may not come through.
Our Product Development team has reviewed this issue, its impact in the software, and the availability of an alternative solution. After careful consideration, we have determined that this issue will not be addressed currently in the Altru software. Product Development will be focusing development resources in other existing areas of the product, as well as new feature development.
Steps to Duplicate
Preconditions: Your email address has been entered under Web > Default Acknowledgement Email > More Options > Failures
Steps to duplicate:
Go to Web > Manage Program Forms
Access the Admissions form
Add some tickets to the cart
On the Checkout page, fill out all required fields. In the Email Address field, type in an invalid email (ex: firstname.lastname@example.org)
Proceed to payment page
Enter payment information and complete the order
In Altru, go to Administration > Undelivered Email (NOTE: this may take around 10-15 minutes to refresh even when working correctly)
