GL adjustment missing for benefit associated with Special Event registration

When a special event registration has a benefit associated, if the registration is refunded, the GL distributions fail to update with an adjustment to reverse the benefit.

Steps to Duplicate

Preconditions:
  • Special event exists, has registration options configured with a benefit
  • Constituent has purchased a registration through Daily Sales

Steps to duplicate:
  1. Click Sales > Refunds
  2. Search for and open the order from the precondition
  3. Complete a full refund (OK to mark registrants as cancelled)
  4. Click Sales > Order Search; search for and open the original order
  5. Click on the GL distributions tab
  6. Notice there is no adjustment for the benefit
