Page Manager:

Create, edit, and publish all public and private webpages and page content. This role is assigned by the Platform Manager.

Content Manager:

Create and edit all public and private page content. Content Managers cannot create or edit the layout of webpages. This role is assigned by the Platform Manager.

Content Editor:

Create and edit only the page content categories they have been given access to by a Page Manager. Content Editors cannot create or edit the layout of webpages.

Note: Each of the groups in onCampus (academics, athletics, community, activity, advisory, dorm) also have a Content Editor. Respective Group Managers assign Group Content Editor access.
