This will occur if tickets are set to defer for later printing.
  1. Go to Tickets > Delivery methods
  2. Select In Person by clicking on the hyperlinked name
  3. Select Edit delivery method under Tasks
  4. Change Defer for later printing to Immediately upon completion of order
  • Note: This will affect how both tickets and credit card receipts are printed.

If you would like to prevent tickets from printing, you should remove the ticket template from the program by going to Tickets > Program Search > [Your Program] and selecting the Tickets tab. From there you can select the drop down arrows next to the ticket template and hit Delete.
  • Note: Please note, this will disable eTickets.
