Recognition credits applying incorrectly for split-designation payments and corresponding matching gift payments.
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to the revenue functional area.

2. Click Batch Entry.

3. Create an Enhanced Revenue Batch.

4. Add a new pledge for a constituent.

5. Apply the pledge to 3 designation splitting it evenly.

6. Click the customize fields option.

7. Add Pledge Subtype as a field to the batch.

8. Make the subtype conditional.

9. Save and commit the batch.

10. Create another Enhanced revenue batch for the same constituent.

11. Make this enhanced revenue batch a payment.

12. Click matching gift on the revenue tab.

13. Match the gift with the constituents employer.

14. Apply this payment to the 3 designations in question.

15. Save and commit the batch.

14. Note on the Recognition credits for each pledge amount under application details on the details tab of the revenue record reflects the full amount and not the amount for the pledge.
