1. In RENXT web view, selecting Fundraising>Analyze. 2. On the Overview tab, leave all filters at their defaults. 3. For the year-over-year performance Dashboard, note the Revenue amount. 4. Click the Revenue amount. 5. On the sidebar listing the Gifts considered in the Dashboard, click Create List. 6. On the Resulting Gift List, select Save>In database view as a static query. 7. On the Save static query window, enter a Name. 8. Click Save. 9. Click Open Database view and log into the Database view. 10. Select Query. 11. Open the static query saved in step 8. 12. Select the Output tab. 13. From Available Fields, select Gift Information>Gift Amount. 14. Click Run Now to view results. 15. Select File>Export to export the query results to Excel. 16. Open the saved Excel document. 17. Manually add the Gift Amounts. Note that the total from the sum of the Gift Amounts in Excel does not match the Revenue Amount noted in step 4.
