To give a user the Educational Consultant role:
  1. Go to Core > Users/Access > Profile.
  2. Select Edit User Profile Data.
  3. Search for and select the user.
  4. In the System Information panel, click Role Membership.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. At the bottom of the page in the Other section, mark Educational Consultant.
  7. Click Save & Exit at the top of the page.
