This message indicates the sign up request was not processed and may have been deleted from the plugin. If the sign up request does not display in the NetCommunity plugin of the Raiser's Edge, we can use the following steps to resubmit the request:
  1. Log into your NetCommunity site as a user with supervisor access.
  2. Navigate to Users & Security > Users.
  3. Search for the user account and click the pencil icon to edit,
  4. You may be required to enter a username for the user if the username has been removed when the sign up request was deleted.
  5. Click the resubmit button.
