Error: Runtime error - when viewing Campaign Appeal reports

You are reviewing an appeal within a campaign email report. When clicking the report graph, a runtime error occurs. 
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log in to NetCommunity
  2. Navigate to Email>Campaigns
  3. Select the campaign in question
  4. Under the Appeals section, click the Pencil icon to edit the appeal in question
  5. Select the Messages, Send Tests or Send final tab
  6. Click the graph icon within one of these tabs
    • Note: the runtime error occurs
