We have evaluated this issue and determined the data scrubbing feature of the integration is functioning as designed. The functionality of data scrubbing does not have the ability to exclude specific scenarios. Users will find when the checkbox Capitalization in names and addresses (found in Connect RE, Settings, Data scrubbing) and Use proper capitalization are selected the formating rules will apply to all name and address data that syncs. Examples may include "PO Box" addresses will sync to Raiser's Edge as "Po Box" or names with two capital letters such as "AJ" will appear as "Aj".
1. Turn off data scrubbing in the integration
a. Navigate to Raiser's Edge, Connect RE, Settings and unmark the checkbox Capitalization in names and addresses
2. Process updates into Raiser's Edge and perform data scrubbing outside of the integration
