The Course will need to be manually added as the Course Request for the Student. To do this, navigate to:
  1. onRecord > Approval > Course Requests
  2. Click the Blue Tab (Funnel Icon)
  3. Expand Requests
  4. Change the Status to Blank
  5. Click Apply Filters
  6. Search for the Student
  7. Click the Editing Pencil next to the Student you are looking to add the Course Request to
  8. Click Add Request
  9. Type in name of the Course and Select the name of the Course
  10. Change the Request Status if desired
  11. Click Apply Changes
