BBIS: Gift date stored as 0001-01-01T00:00:00 in BBIS causing row to be auto-match to all BBIS batch rows

When downloading a BBIS donation in the Web area of CRM the error below occurred.

Error:

Could not download transaction with ID "15370". The error was:
Unable to save batch row 1. Verify that the field DATE is present in the batch template and that the value for the field is valid.


While the transaction failed to download in CRM there were three BBIS donation batches that had all their rows auto-matched to the constituent in the failed donation.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.

 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to Web functional area in CRM
2. Click on Manage web transactions task
3. On Transactions tab and download User/Non-user Donations
4. Error occurs:

Could not download transaction with ID "15370". The error was:
Unable to save batch row 1. Verify that the field DATE is present in the batch template and that the value for the field is valid.
