How do I Reset a HostNet User's Password Re-activate a HostNet Account or Retrieve a lost HostNet User Name?

I need my HostNet password reset, need to re-activate a HostNet account or forgot my HostNet user name. How can I reset the HostNet password, re-activate the HostNet account or get my HostNet user name?
Please create a case on Case Central on Blackbaud.com or call FIMS support to complete this task. This request needs to come from the site administrator of your organization. If you do not have a site administrator, or need to change who the site administrator is, please see the following article:
