1. Log into the Raiser's Edge as a user with Supervisor rights.
2. Select Config>Business Rules.
3. Select System Access options.
4. Mark the Disable inactivity timeout for all non-Supervisor users checkbox. 

NOTE: This setting only applies to non-Supervisor users. For more information on setting up Raiser's Edge users to take advantage of this setting, please refer to How to review security settings for The Raiser's Edge inactivity timeout
