Items disappear from organizational calendar

When viewing your organizational calendar you may notice that some events are missing from the calendar on certain dates. This is happening when there is an item that spans multiple days from the end of one month to the beginning of the next month. 
Our Product Development team has reviewed this issue, its impact in the software, and the availability of an alternative solution. After careful consideration, we have determined that this issue will not be addressed currently in the Altru software. Product Development will be focusing development resources in other existing areas of the product, as well as new feature development.

Even though this occurs, a location cannot be double booked. 

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Click sales > group sales > add
  2. Add a patron name
  3. Set the date of visit toward the end of the month (3/29/2017)
  4. Add a visitor type and count. Then click save
  5. Click on the in the manage itineraries section
  6. Click add on the calendar and choose custom item
  7. Give the item a name change the end time of the item to be several days away (a date in the next month)
  8. Click save
  9. Click sales > organizational calendar and go to the date of the group sale reservation
  10. Click the arrow at the top of the calendar to show the next month
Notice that the date shows up on the next month and then disappears and does not show on the calendar
