Spouse fields on donation form reset after making a copy of the form

When making a copy of a donation form that includes Spouse information fields, you might notice that the original form has the selected spouse fields unchecked after the copy has been made.

We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.

Workaround: 
Edit the original part to restore its original configuration
OR
Create a new part instead of copying the original

Steps to Duplicate

1) Making a donation form where spouse fields are included.
2) Check a few of the fields so that they are included on the form.
3) Save the form.
4) Make a copy of the form and save the copy.
5) Edit the original donation form and notice that the included spouse fields are deselected.
