A donor made a £500 donation online via BBIS, they received and email notification for the donation but the amount shown in the email was £0. No transaction was downloaded into a CRM batch from the Web area.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
Steps to duplicate:
1. Go to Web functional area in CRM 2. Click on Transactions tab and click on Download for User donations 3. No transaction is downloaded even though the Cybesource and BBPS have recorded a successful transaction
