BBIS: Donor didn't receive notification for $10,000 donation. Transaction processed ok through BBIS.

A donor made a $10,000 donation online via BBIS, they didn't receive an email notification for the donation but the transaction was downloaded into a CRM batch from the Web area.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.

 

Steps to Duplicate

Steps to duplicate:

1. Go to online donation page in BBIS
2. Make donation and submit it
3. No notification received by donor but transaction downloads ok into a CRM batch
