The payment pending status appears when the form is using a payment part rather than proceeding directly to payment, and the user who filled out the form added the payment to their shopping cart but has not yet submitted the payment.

To move the status to completed and send the transaction to the plugin, the user will need to log into NetCommunity, access their shopping cart, and submit the payment. 

NOTE
  • Delete the transaction data under the Form Data tab will not clear the payment from the shopping cart
  • You may create a waiver code for the form, and use the waiver code to submit the payment
