Values for Custom Field filters are removed from Lists

Users may notice that value a custom field filters are being cleared from Constituent List after the list is saved and closed. This may affect data entered and associated with the equal to operator. 
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. In the meantime, follow these steps: 
 
  1. Create a Constituent List
  2. In Filters, select Custom Fields > Filter by Category
  3. Select the desired Custom Field and apply the starts with or contains operator
  4. Enter the the desired Value
  5. Click OK
  6. Apply the filters

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Create a Constituent List
  2. In Filters, select Custom Fields > Filter by Category
  3. Select the desired Custom Field and apply the equal to operator
  4. Enter the the desired Value
  5. Click OK
  6. Apply the filters
  7. Save and Close the list
  8. Re-open the list
  9. The value the custom field is equal to is removed
