Code table renamed and Category changed in Attributes after SP10 upgrade from SP3

When Upgrading from CRM V4 Sp3 to V4 Sp10
The client has seen this change after install

SP3:
Category : Registrant
Code Table Name: DO NOT USE - Events : How did you hear about this event?

When SP10 was installed the client saw that the above was now:

Category : Registrants
Code Table Name: Events : How did you hear about this event?

Table had no entries in both SP3 and SP10
No User input during or before upgrade.
SQL shows the last user to update the table and CodeTable Entry was Blackbaud RunServiceRevisions
 
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Install V4 SP3
2. Export a copy of all attributes , code tables and categories.
3. Install SP10
4. Export a copy of all attributes , code tables and categories.
​5. Compare
