- Restore the mentioned file from Quarantine
- Update your anti-virus software to the latest virus definition update currently available
- Launch The Financial Edge or Education Edge and log in
If the issue persists, then complete all of the following steps:
- Restore the affected file from Quarantine
- Create an exception for the affected file located in either C:\Program Files (x86)\Blackbaud\The Financial Edge or C:\Program Files\Blackbaud\The Financial Edge\AFN64 folder.
- Report your issue to the vendor of your anti-virus software
