If this issue appears in multiple browsers compatible with eTapestry (Internet Explorer, Mozille Firefox and Google Chrome), it indicates an issue with your organization's Firewall settings that are blocking certain elements of the eTapestry site. To correct this issue, please contact your IT administrator or team so that they can take a look your Firewall settings.

If disabling the Firewall settings does not resolve the issue, have your IT administrator flush the DNS cache on your network server, and then attempt logging in again.

If you are only able to reproduce this issue in one browser but not others, it may indicate an issue with a specific setting within that browser. In that case, Contact Support and reference this article.
