This is usually caused by a fee being deleted from your Smart Tuition portal after the Contract was created. If a fee is removed from Smart Tuition, it will also need to be removed from the Contract(s) via onBoard > Settings > Contract Forms.

Alternatively, it is also possible that a fee type may have been entered into the wrong section in Smart Tuition, and this will also cause the message 'Error generating contracts'
