1. Click Analysis > Information Library
  2. Click Add an ad-hoc query
  3. Choose Membership data source type 
  4. Filter the query to show only membership transactions within the date range you are looking for:
    1. Click Membership Transaction > Drag the Transaction Date (date only) field from the middle column into the right column for Include Records Where
    2. Specify your date filter appropriately
  5. Filter the query on the specific membership program that you are looking for:
    1. Click Membership Program > Drag the Name field from the middle column into the right column for Include Records Where
    2. Enter the name of your Membership Program 
  6. Filter the query on the sales method that you are looking for:
    1. Click the arrow to expand Membership Transaction
    2. Click the arrow to expand Revenue Application
    3. Click the arrow to expand Revenue Details
    4. Click Sales Orders > Drag Sales Method Type from the middle column to into the right column for Include Records Where
    5. Here we can choose one of the sales method options, like Daily Sales, Online Sales, etc. 
Note: If we choose to leave this field as blank this will provide us with the back office transactions. 
  1. Include fields in the Results fields to display that you are looking for.​
