Emails sent out of BBIS are only going to primary email adddresses.

When I send an email out of BBIS it appears to only go to Primary email addresses.
If you are on a Service Pack previous to 4.0 Service Pack 11, by default BBIS will only send to Primary email addresses. If you upgrade to Service Pack 11 you will note that the functionality to select email address type has been added to the messages section of BBIS. This will allow you to send to more than just primary email addresses.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Create an email.
2. Create an email list.
3. Create a message.
4. Send the message.
5. Note only Primary email address receive the email.
