Error: The number of tickets exceeds the amount the member is allowed to purchase for the event - when adding a ticket to a a member only event

When adding a ticket to the cart on a member's only web form, you may receive the following error message:

The number of tickets exceeds the amount the member is allowed to purchase for the event. 
This error message is received when using a Members only event without enabling a responsive web form design. We will want to be using a responsive web form layout in order to fully utilize the functionality of Member Only events. We can reference the following Knowledgebase to enable responsive web design: I want to make my web form responsive

Steps to Duplicate

  1. From Web, Click Manage Program Forms
  2. Search and select the arrows to the left of your program
  3. Click the URL
    • Note that you are not prompted to first sign in to web forms
  4. Add a ticket to the cart
  5. Receive Error Message
