Inactive Skills Categories Appear with Active Skills When Loading Skills on Course Records

When loading skills categories on a course record, users may notice inactive skills categories appear as well.

In order for a skill to not be added to a record, the skill itself must be marked Inactive in Configuration> Registrar Setup > Skills.


When  the entries are marked as Inactive in Configuration > Tables, it is simply making it so those names can not be used when new skills are created in Registrar Setup.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Records> Courses > Open the preferred course record
2. Click on the grading tab
3. Open the preferred grading year
4. Click the Skills tab
5. Click Load Category > Inactive skills categories may appear
