When users go to look at reporting for Email messaging in the Messages area of BBIS the report export download button displays but nothing executes when it is clicked. This worked previously but since the upgrade to SP 11.
We are currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future service pack.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Log into BBIS with a user who has all email rights and permissions granted.
2. Navigate to Email > Messages.
3. Click the report icon next to an appeal.
4. Honeycomb report displays
5. Under Additional Information click the Export> Summary. Report export fails to execute.
