If I need to take CRM off line, what do I do about our BBIS site and transactions during that time period.

For Maintenance or various reasons, if my CRM site needs to be taken off line, what happens to my BBIS site, or any transactions during that time?
If your CRM site is not Online, your BBIS site will also not be online. Whether that be for an upgrade or maintenance. During this time period while your BBIS site is down there needs to be some type of redirect to another Third party site outside of BBIS. This site will need to handle your transactions during this time period.
